with OneNote: Within your notes, mark your blocks with "?" tag, which will turn them into flashcards instantly.

with Roam Research: Want to create a flashcard? Add #flashcard tag to a question and indent the back of the card.

with Markdown: Write a question, add #flashcard at the end. Add text, images, etc. End with a horizontal line.

In the background, NeuraCache will kick off Spaced Repetition, handsfree for each card.
