Eee is an Artificial Intelligence communication system. Account owners may login to their dashboard, while conference participants and attendees may login to their respective sessions or townhalls. The whole process of buying a plan to creating a live session could take a fraction amount of time for new users (estimated at < 60 secs). Access credentials for participants including attendees are generated by the conference admin on the dashboard interface (Eee requires access to device camera for the making). From this interface, One can create, start or stop a conference effectively with very minimal effort. Active, Live, and Inactive sessions are easily managed from within where an Upgrade option allows updating or upgrading an expired plan. There are a total of 3 plans to chose from; a weekly plan, a monthly plan, plus a yearly plan. At present, Eee is designed to support up to 50 participants and 600 attendees. The camera, microphone, and screen-share functions are disabled for attendees. The Epad (A double-deck high-level note taker) plus the Chat function are enabled for all. Videoconference and Dashboard names are case sensitive. Although a Dashboard name can be similar for multiple accounts, such as an organization name (still private to each account), Videoconference names are unique to the account that created it. For your convenience, Eee will not create a Videoconference if it is “Active” in another account. Eee will create that particular conference once it is released by the other account, meaning when the owner’s Plan has expired.
