Present your portfolio of work visually using images Collaborate with customer on various concepts & ideas Present your catalog of products and services and display them visually Take a picture while on-the-field and grow your portfolio, idea or catalog collection
Create quotes & invoices:
Add items from catalog to cart and create a quote or an invoice immediately Add payment terms, client notes & private notes to quotes & invoices Get customer approval on quotes via signature on iPad Generate PDF files for quotes & invoices and email it to customer Send online link for client payments (& approval)
Capture leads & projects:
Capture leads on-the-move When a lead is closed, convert the lead into a project Capture notes associated with a project/lead
Manage expenses & income:
Manage all general expenses & project/lead expenses from the App Track all income by tracking them against a project
