什么是 Solve360?
Solve360 is a cloud-based CRM and project management application that integrates with Gmail via a contextual gadget. It adopts a radical approach to projects, listing together tasks, files, notes, call logs, URLs and other elements in "project blogs" (Norada refuses to organize items in tabs - http://norada.com/forums/viewthread/3130/#10801 - compare with Insightly). In Solve360, the user can establish arbitrary relationships between contacts and other contacts or projects (e.g. "[user] is knowledgeable about [project]"). Both projects and contacts (but not tasks) can have custom fields ("Category Tags") or many types, including URLs. The fields displayed for each entity (Company, Contact, Task) can be customized. Projects can have task lists with tasks. Tasks can be rearranged in a task list (or among task lists) via drag-and-drop. Tasks must be associated with a contact or project (there are no standalone tasks). The Gmail gadget can only create tasks associated with a contact. (Norada refuses to make any changes to this philosophy - http://www.webcitation.org/65LeEndKg). Tasks cannot be created via email (compare to Wrike, where forwarding the email to wrike@wrike.com, or CC-ing wrike@wrike.com can update or create a task), and Norada refuses to implement the feature ("We don’t manage tasks independently of a project or contact, here we want things to have context" - http://norada.com/forums/viewthread/2579/). A unique feature is scheduled emails. Templated tasks are also supported. Social media integration is rudimentary: contacts have hyperlinks to automatically search LinkedIn and Google for the contact's name. Norada refuses to implement folders: "We don’t do folders (or hierarchies). These are super important to us and we won’t shake them." - http://www.webcitation.org/65LeEndKg Norada offers a REST API and many examples of integrations (WooFoo and ZenDesk out of the box, examples for reports using Google Docs). A community forum exists.
