You can use your own email address to send and receive support issues, with discussions automatically created when you forward your emails to Tender. The software sends out tracking emails, known as Heartbeats, to ensure email forwarding and processing are functioning correctly. If a customer sends an email to your personal address, you can forward it to your support address, and a discussion will be created.
