Scalr's mission is to bring the wisdom and effectiveness of the software development workflow to the world of infrastructure. As such, Scalr is a remote state & operations backend for Terraform (which we consider the de facto industry standard) with full CLI support, integration with Open Policy Agent, a hierarchical configuration model, and quality of life features.
